Aurum Soft Systems Ltd announched that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2011 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation ("Scheme") of PointRed Telecom Limited ("PointRed") with the Company under Sections 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act 1956 ("Act") and subject to all necessary statutory approvals, consents and sanctions. Point Red is engaged in the Business of Manufacturing 4 G and WiMAX equipements.

Aurum Soft Systems Ltd has declared Bonus shares and sub-divided its shares at its Board meeting held on 12/23/2010.  As per the decision the existing shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each is sub-divided into 5 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each and further issue Bonus shares in the ratio of 1 share for every 2 shares held in the company. 

Aurumsoft issued Bonus shares within 2 years from the time the company changed its management.

Aurum Soft Systems Ltd, our Indian Group Company has acquired, effective April 2011 the IT Resourcing Business of Accel IT Resources Ltd ("AITRL"), belonging to ACCEL group of companies, Chennai, India  for a total consideration of Rs. 5 Crores. As per terms of acquisition, about 1400 employees of AITRL have been transferred and became employees of Aurum with effect from April 01, 2011 and Aurum would now render IT resourcing services to accel group Companies. The revenue generation to Aurum from this IT Resourcing business over the next five year period is estimated at Rs. 75 Crores.
